Food, the one thing we eat and love. It’s an amazing creation that we can’t live without. People go on eating food without knowing the amazing potential that lies within them.

Whether you’re a vegan or a hard-core meat lover, you’ll be glad that you found out these cool food facts!

1. Microwaving food does not diminish the nutrients.

When done right, it’s actually one of the most nutritionally sound methods in food preparation. Although many believe microwaving food is terrible for your health, it really doesn’t do anything bad when it’s done right it doesn’t affect the food. Microwave cooking does not reduce the nutritional value of foods any more than conventional cooking.idk


2. “Soylent”, supplies all daily nutrients.

Soylent is a drinkable substance that is filled with the nutrients we need for an entire day,although it is not intended to replace regular food, it is a good source of nutrition. The drink contains much needed protein, lipid fats, and carbohydrates, nutrients you might not normally put into your body!unnamed


3. In emergencies, coconut water can be used as a substitute for blood plasma.

If a soldier was wounded in World War II and there wasn’t any blood plasma for them to use, they would be given a coconut water transfusion. Coconut water was something important  during World War II when blood plasma wasn’t available.penuant


4. Dynamite is made with peanuts!

This fact is neither entirely true nor is it entirely false. Dynamite is an explosive substance constructed with nitroglycerine and was invented by Swedish chemist and engineer Alfred Nobel. This nitroglycerine is an oily explosive liquid that comes from glycerol, and peanut oil can be processed to produce glycerol, making it the perfect ingredient to help produce dynamite.fruit loops


5. Fruit loops, each a fantastic fruit flavor or…?

Fruit loops, in spite of their names are actually not an assortment of fruit flavors. Instead they’re fun colors come from food coloring! Despite their colors each individual come in the same exact flavor.
