Everyone loves to eat; we can all agree on that. What we eat affects our daily lives and impacts our future. Don’t worry, it’s easy to maintain a healthy diet; all that matters is commitment to change. If your self-esteem is low, don’t worry about it, you can still change; just make sure you’re determined. Just because your body may not resemble those in magazines or movies doesn’t mean you can just give up on physical health. Your body needs more attention than you could possibly imagine, and you’re the only one who can attend to that. So, whenever you visit family, or enjoy a small meal, make sure to add some fruits and vegetables on the side. Not only do fruits help your body, but they’re low on fat, have fewer calories, and best of all they taste delicious.
It won’t kill you to get up and find an apple, in fact it’ll help with your body more than you think. If you’re really not feeling like eating a plain apple, or fruits in general, spice it up a bit. It’s delicious fruit smoothie time. Here are the instructions on how to make a delicious and healthy fruit smoothie.
You will need the following:
1 cup of plain nonfat yogurt
½ cup of orange juice
6 frozen strawberries
That’s it! Once you have all the ingredients make sure to place them in the blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Then scrape the sides of the blender to make sure everything is mixed, and blend on medium for another 15 seconds. There you have it. A tasty fruit smoothie to enjoy in the outdoors, or even in the comfort of your own home.
Remember to maintain a healthy diet because if you don’t, your body will suffer unwanted consequences. If you choose not to eat healthy then your body may be troubled with heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, or even tooth decay. For anyone out there who wants to impress loved ones, make sure to eat healthy because nobody wants a girlfriend or boyfriend who has tooth decay.
