The best thing about autumn, besides the pumpkin spice lattes, is color. And it’s not just because the leaves begin to turn red or yellow, no; it’s saying goodbye to Sunday dresses, statement tank tops, and high waisted shorts. Welcome burgundy tights, plaid skirts, knit turtleneck sweaters, and a bundle of layers! Although trends this fall also include a Swinging London 60s look, a very sporty vibe that embraces sleek, wool kits, knee length coats and boots, and Aspen sweaters with a chic twist.
An example of an autumn outfit consists of a black, long sleeve shirt paired with a grey skirt. Add some hiking inspired booties, a vintage bag along with a gold watch and a Peter Pan collar necklace. For inspiration this fall, check out 60’s fashion icons Jean Shrimpton, “The Shrimp”, Twiggy, Jane Birkin, Pattie Boyd, and Audrey Hepburn.

I usually do not view clothes much more than just coverage for our bodies. Your article makes me there is more to it, there is a way to have spirit and expression. Personally autumn is my favorite and spring would be second. One i may wear dark shades and the other soft light colors.
